Product

I have a clear phone case. Do I need to by the Starter Pack to use your design inserts?
Yes. The protective case in our Starter Pack is specifically designed to hold our inserts. These inserts will not fit in cases that are not purchased through Caselift.
How many times can I use a design insert?
Our design inserts are built to last! Made from PVC plastic, they are incredibly durable, so you can swap them in and out to your heart's delight!
How protective is your phone case?
The Caselift case has been drop tested up to 10 feet, and it features corner bumpers that protect those most vulnerable areas from knicks and dings.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders Monday — Friday. We ship all of our orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can be ready by the front door when your order arrives!
What shipping options are available?
We ship all of our orders using USPS standard or FEDEX expedited for next day and/or overnight. You'll see these options at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we do not ship internationally.

returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Send us an email to support@caselift.com, and we will issue you a pre-paid return label are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (US Only). If you want a cash refund, these pre-paid return labels are sent with a $5 handling fee. All returned merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange. The original product packaging must accompany the product in the return. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I exchange my product?
If you ordered the wrong size product or you just changed your mind, you may exchange unused products in their original packaging for up to 30 days. Please send an email to support@mycaselift.com and we will issue a pre-paid return label free of charge. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note than an order may only be exchanged once.
Can I change my order?
Orders may be changed within one hour of placing your order. Simply contact us at support@mycaselift.com.

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal. Shopify Pay, and Google Pay.
I didn't receive an order confirmation.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes of placing the order. If you have not received an order confirmation, there is a chance you placed it under a different or invalid email address or your order confirmation was filtered to your spam folder. If you have not received an email, please send an email to support@mycaselift.com with your first name, last name, shipping address, and we'll help you out!
